Incoming Quality & Raw Material Control by certificate verification and chemical property and mechanical property checking, appearance and dimensional control.

Process Control: process parameters control, operator fully inspection in process plus inspector tour inspection for all characteristics of the parts in production.

Finish Inspection: key dimensions' fully control, material chemical, strength and metallurgical property control for casting, forging parts and heat treated parts for each batch.
